Will I really lose weight by eating Weight Watchers Smart Ones, even though they have so much sodium? - dried vegetable snacks
I eat cereal for breakfast with milk, which is more than 160 calories, fruit or vegetables or dry cereal for a snack, a meal Weight Watchers Smart Ones for lunch or dinner. Sometimes before or after dinner, I eat yogurt and other frozen fruit or something sweet in my time.
